摘要
大学生就业已从传统的国家统包统分转变为“双向选择、自主择业”的就业机制。近年来,医学院校对医学本科专业的临床教学进行了许多改革,但从毕业生的就业情况和用人单位的反馈信息来看,临床教学中存在的问题已成为医学生就业的不利因素。为此,通过改革临床教学模式,合理安排医学生的临床实习期,适应社会需求已成为当前探讨的重要课题。
College students＇ employment viewpoint has transferred ultimately from traditional ＂government-planning assignment＂ to modem job-seeking mechanism of ＂two way choice and independent option＂. Recently,medical college has reformed clinical teaching in 5-years program.But some problems still exist in clinical teaching reflected from the employment situation of medical graduates and the evaluation of recruiting employers. Some work can be done to solve problems existing in medical students＇ employment.It is an important issue in adapting social requirement through reforming the model of clinical teaching and arranging the period of clinical training reasonably.
