人群砷代谢相关基因多态性研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 大量的流行病学调查研究已证实,长期砷暴露导致部分人群出现慢性砷中毒.个体之间对砷中毒的易感性存在差异。Chung等采用氢发生原子吸收分光光度法.对智利一个慢性砷中毒病区的11个家庭的尿中砷代谢物进行分析,结果显示:同胞孩子的尿砷甲基化模式的相关性比父母的高,表明遗传因素在个体间砷代谢差异中起了重要的作用。在对墨西哥、中国和智利慢性砷暴露人群尿砷代谢产物的研究中发现.砷代谢有种族和性别的差异。这种差异受到多种因素影响,包括剂量水平、暴露途径、饮食以及个体所暴露砷的特定类型。参与砷生物转化过程的某些酶,如砷甲基转移酶等的基因多态性也与这种差异有重要关系。对砷代谢相关基因多态性的深入研究将有助于最终从基因水平阐明砷中毒的作用机制。作者就目前国内外对这方面的研究工作做简要综述。
