摘要
提出对八纲及八纲辨证的概念、理论框架及其对临床指导意义的再认识。认为八纲理论是在阴阳理论指导下,以表里分析辨别病位,以寒热、虚实分析辨别病性,三者还共同包含对病势的分析;以阴阳作为总纲,统括其他六纲,将它们紧密联系在一起,成为一个不可分割的整体。八纲既着重于分析中医证候本质的共性即病位、病性、病势,同时更强调证候之间的内在联系及其变化规律,因而对于临床实践具有全面的、普遍性的指导意义。
This paper discusses the definition,theoretical framework and clinical application of Eight Principles. It is argued that eight principles are of an entity and stressing the integration of eight principles are of great significance in diagnosis and treatment,
