摘要
ERP作为一种先进的现代企业管理系统,引入我国已经有二十余年的历史了,但在实践中,实施的成功率却十分的低。这其中除了某些特殊的因素(如企业重大的机制和人事变动、企业经济效益滑坡等)外,还有许多关键性的、共性的因素。ERP项目实施成功的重要因素包括:在项目实施前做科学充分的需求分析;选择合适的ERP软件系统;决策层对项目的重视和支持;提高全体职工的技术水平和素质;做好项目实施前的基础工作;建立强有力的组织机构,加强项目管理等。
As an advanced manage system of modern entity, ERP hat been introduced to Chinese entities for more then twenty years. However, the items gain little success practically. Except for some special factors -for example, the great changes of the organization mechanism, the important adjustments of human resources , the declination of the economic results, and so on - ,there are also many factors to be considered carefully which are critical and general. Through analyzing these factors deeply, this paper aims to find out some rules and provide reference to others. We hope that this paper can help those entities who have established or plan to establish the ERP item to work more effectively.
