摘要
作为敏感元件基体材料的传感器功能材料在很大程度上对传感器质量起先决作用。传感器功能材料是传感器进一步发展的基础,是传感器技术通向应用领域的桥梁。因此,要发展传感器技术,首先就要重视传感器功能材料的开发研究。本文结合传感器的开发应用,阐述传感器功能材料的开发现状和发展趋势。
Being the base material of sensitive element, sensor function material is crucial to the quality of sensor to large degree. Sensor function material is the basis of the further development of sensor. And it is play the role of a bridge to the applicability of sensor technology. So much importance should be attached to the exploitation and research of the sensor function material firstly in order to develop the sensor technology. Combined with the exploitation and application of sensor, the status quo of exploitation and trend of development about sensor function material is elaborated in this paper.
