服务社会主义新农村建设是时代的需要,地方高校应认真履行自身职责,发扬优良传统,发挥自身优势,在服务社会主义新农村建设的进程中起到排头兵的作用。
Local Higher Education Institutions should contribute to the Construction of New Countryside Campaign. Serving the Construction of New Countryside Campaign is the Call of the times, and local higher education institutions should work to their full capability and do its share. The local higher education institutions should utilize their glorious tradition and their own advantages in the construction of New Countryside.
