摘要
房地产开发项目按照合理的融资方案实施,对整个项目的顺利运作起着基础和保证作用。考虑到融资方案评价的多目标性和模糊性,文章构建了合理的融资方案评估指标体系,建立了一个多属性决策模型,为合理地综合评价房地产开发项目融资方案提供理论和方法依据。
Reasonable financing is instrumental for the smooth operation of a real estate project. Considering the fact that financing evaluation is characterized by multi-objectives and vagueness, a reasonable multi-attribute-based financing evaluation model is constructed in this paper, which can serve as the theorectical basis of the financing arrangement for real estate projects.
