摘要
廉政文化在反腐倡廉中具有重要的功能,构建廉政文化对于反腐倡廉具有特别重要的意义。彻底铲除封建官场文化是构建廉政文化的前提条件,培育民主法治的公民文化是构建廉政文化的必然选择,形成廉政文化和廉政制度良性互动的制度文化是构建廉政文化的保障。
An honest and clean government culture is significant for the anti-corruption program. The eradication of the feudalist government culture is a prerequisite, the cultivation of a citizen culture characterized by democracy and rule by law is a necessity, and the development of systematic interaction bewtween the honest ＆ clean government culture and its corresponding system will serve as the guarantee of the honest and clean government culture.
