摘要
目的探讨手术切除不完全的Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌术后放化疗对生存的影响。方法对48例手术切除不完全的Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌（ⅢA34例，ⅢB14例），分成术后单纯放疗组25例、术后放化疗组23例，比较两组对生存期的影响。结果全组中位生存期16个月，1年、2年、3年生存率分别为67％、29％、17％，其中术后放化疗组中位生存期为18个月，1年、2年、3年生存率分别为77％、37％、22％，术后单纯放疗组中位生存期为12个月，1年、2年、3年生存率分别为57％、21％、13％，术后放化疗组生存率高于术后单纯放疗组（P〈0．05）。结论手术切除不完全的Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌术后放疗联合化疗，与术后单纯放疗相比能提高生存率。
Objective To evaluate the effect of radiotherapy and chemotherapy on survival in patients of incompletely resected stage Ⅲ non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Forty eight patients with incompletely resected stage Ⅲ non-small cell lung cancer （ⅢA 34 cases, ⅢB14 cases） were divided into two group： the postoperative radiotherapy group （ group A, 25 cases） and the postoperative radiotherapy combined chemotherapy group （ group B, 23 cases）. To evaluate the effect on survival time of these two groups. Results The mean survival and 1-, 2-, 3-year survival rates were 16 months and 67% ,29% ,17% in all patients, and 12 months and 57% ,21% ,13% in group A, and 18 months and 77% ,37% ,22% in group B. The survival rates of group B were significantly higher than those of group A（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Radiotherapy combined chemotherapy is better than radiotherapy alone in increasing survival rate for incompletely resected stage Ⅲ non-small cell lung cancer.
