稀土Dy和Sm对贮氢合金微观结构和电化学性能的影响 被引量:3

Effects of addition of Dy,Sm on microstructure and electrochemical properties of hydrogen storage alloys

摘要 在AB_5型贮氢合金MlNi3.55Co0.75Al0.3Mn0.4基础上,通过B侧加入Cu、Fe、Zn和Cr、A侧加入稀土元素Dy和Sm的方法制备低Co贮氢合金,并对合金的放电容量、循环稳定性以及微观结构进行了研究。研究表明,加Dy低Co贮氢合金不仅可明显地改善充放电循环稳定性,而且可以获得较高的放电容量。加Sm低Co贮氢合金虽然具有较高的放电容量及较少的活化次数,但充放电循环稳定性略有下降。 The effects of Dy,Sm on discharge capacity,cycle stability and microstructure of low-Co hydrogen storage alloys added of Cu,Fe,Zn,Cr for partial substitution of Co were investigated.The results show that the low-Co hydrogen storage alloy with Dy has better cycle stability and higher discharge capacity.The low-Co hydrogen storage alloy with Sm exhibits higher discharge capacity and better activation kinetics,whereas the cycle stability decline slightly.
