摘要
研究了在不同配比的Ar+CO_2,Ar+O_2大电流脉冲MAG焊时,电弧的静特性、脉冲参数以及形成脉冲旋转喷射过渡临界参数的变化.结果表明,气体成分及配比不同时,电弧静特性曲线位置不同,在其它条件相同的情况下,Ar+2%O_2的脉冲电流最高,最易形成脉冲旋转喷射过渡;Ar+20%CO_2的脉冲电流最低,不能形成脉冲旋转喷射过渡.
The arc static characteristics, the pulse variables and changing of critical variable to form spinning spray transfer are invested as welding is carried out with large current and different gas mixtures such as Ar+CO2 and Ar+O2. The results show that the static curve location depends on gas composition and its proportion.the high current value and easy forming for spinning spray transfer are obtained with Ar+2%O2gas mixture and on the contrary with Ar+20%CO2 gas the spinning spray transfer are not.
