摘要
将64只皖西白鹅母鹅和16只公鹅随机均分为2组:试验组和对照组。试验组在产蛋的中后期应用褪黑激素-牛血清蛋白(MLT-BSA)进行2次免疫。结果,试验组全期产蛋量增加22.26%,平均采精量增加20.58%(P<0.01);进入休产期时,试验组左侧睾丸增重12.58%(P<0.05),右侧睾丸增重8.81%(P>0.05),卵巢增重24.36%(P<0.01);在整个试验期,试验组血清雌二醇、睾酮浓度平均增加30.32%、10.95%(P<0.05),血清孕酮浓度平均增加18.75%(P>0.05)。MLT-BSA对母鹅性腺激素和产蛋量的影响,期(第1次产蛋,在1月)比期(第2次产蛋,在4月)更为明显。试验为增强长日照繁殖动物的繁殖性能提供了新的方法和理论依据。
Sixty four female and sixteen male geese were randomly divided into two goups. The experimental group was vaccinated twice by MLT-BSA in the latter parts of the egg production cycle. The results were as follows: (1)The egg mass of the whole egg production cycle elevated by 22.26% (2)The average volume of semen collection increased by 20. 58%(P〈0.01); (3)During ceased period,the weight of the left testis,the right testis and the ovary increased by 12.25%(P〈0, 05),8. 81% (P〉0.05) and 24.36%(P〈0.01),respectively; (4)The serum levels of estradiol (E2), testosterone (T) and progesterone (P4) in the experimental geese increased by 30. 32% ,10.95%(P〈0.05) and 18.75%(P〉0.05),respectively; (5)The effects of MLT-BSA on gonadal hormones and the egg production in female geese was more significant on the period Ⅰ than on the period Ⅱ . This experiment provided a new method and the theoretical basis for increasing the breading trait of the long-length sunlight breading animals.
