摘要
目的：考察牛黄清心丸中各单味药对朱砂中汞的溶解性的影响。方法：用阳极溶出伏安法测定可溶性汞的含量。结果：牛黄清心丸中的大多数单味药对朱砂中汞的溶出有抑制作用，但茯苓对朱砂中汞的溶出有显著的促进作用。结论：牛黄清心丸中可溶性汞的浓度比其总汞含量低，汞的不同形态有不同的毒性。因此，仅依据总汞含量来考察汞的毒性是片面的。
OBJECTIVE:ToobservetheefectsofsinglecompositionofNiuhuangQingxinPilsonsolubilitymercuryofcinnabar.METHOD:Solubilitymercurywasmeasuredbyanodicstrippingvoltammetric(ASV)method.RESULTS:MostofsinglecompositioninNiuhuangQingxinpilscouldinhibitthedissolvingofcinnabar-mercury,butdissolvingofcinnabar-mercurycanbeprominentypromotedbyPoriacocos.CONCLUSION:InNiuhuangQingxinpils,theconcentrationofsolubilitymercuryislowerthanthatoftotalmercury.Thedifrentspeciesofmercuryhasdiferenttoxicity.Therefore,itisimprotanttoobservethetoxicityofmercurydependingononlytheconcentrationoftotalmercury.TheefectsofseveralsinglecompositionsofNiuhuangQingxinpilonthesolubilitymercuryofcinnabararesignificantisunderstandingthemercurytoxicity.
