摘要
对中华乌塘鳢(Bostrichthys sinensis)食道、胃、肝脏和肠道内的15种消化酶进行分布和活性测定.结果表明:胃蛋白酶和淀粉酶的最适pH分别为2.0和6.5~7.5.肠蛋白酶和淀粉酶的最适pH分别为10.5和6.5,肠胰蛋白酶、糜蛋白酶的最适pH分别为8.5和8.0.胃的酸性蛋白酶活性显著高于食道、肠道和肝脏(P〈0.05),胃的氨基肽酶和碱性磷酸酶活性分别与肠Ⅰ和肠Ⅱ的无显著差异(p〉0.05).肠Ⅰ的胰蛋白酶、糜蛋白酶、羧肽酶A、脂肪酶、麦芽糖酶、蔗糖酶、海藻糖酶和纤维二糖酶等8种消化酶活性均显著高于肠Ⅱ和肠Ⅲ(声〈0.05),肠Ⅱ的氨基肽酶、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶和碱性磷酸酶等3种消化酶活性均显著高于肠Ⅰ和肠Ⅲ(p〈0.05),三段肠的淀粉酶活性无显著差异(p〉0.05).
Both the distribution patterns and activities of fifteen digestive enzymes in the different digestive organs of adult Chinese black sleeper(Boleophthalmus pectinirostris) were analyzed. The results showed that the optimal oH were 2.0 and 6. 5 -7.5 for gastric protease and amylase,10.5 and 6.5 for intestinal protease and amylase and 7.5 and 8.0 for intestinal trypsin and chymotrypsin, respectively. The activity of acid protease in the stomach was significantly higher than those in the esophagus,intestine and liver (p〈 0.05). The activities of aminopeptidase and alkaline phosphatase in the stomach were not significantly different from the maximum activity of both the intestine Ⅰ and intestine Ⅱ (p〉0.05). The activities of the eight digestive enzymes (trypsin,chymotrypsin,carboxypeptidase,lipase, maltase, sucrase,trehalase and cellobiase) in the intestine Ⅰ were significantly higher than those in both the intestine Ⅱ and intestine Ⅲ (p〈0.05). The activities of leucine-aminopeptidase, γ-glutamyltranspeptidase and alkaline phosphatase were linked to the nutrition absorption in the intestine Ⅲ ,which were significantly higher than those of both the intestine Ⅰ and intestine Ⅲ (p〈0. 05). However, the activities of amylase were not significantly different among the three intestinal sections (p〉 0.05).
