摘要
本文根据给定图像,提出了一种寻找其最优小波的方法,该法首先推导了长度为N的小波滤波器的参数化公式;然后用模拟退火来寻找给定图像的最优小波,并详细讨论了该算法的基本要素、实现以及优点;最后,在matlab上进行了实验,实验表明本文算法效果良好。
Wavelet has been successfully used in image compression. However, for given image, the choice of wavelet filter is becoming a very important issue nowadays. In this paper, a method to find an optimal wavelet for given images was proposed. Firstly, parameterization of compactly supported wavelets was used to get formulas of wavelet filters with length N. Then, simulated annealing was employed to search the optimal wavelet of given image according to these formulas. The basic elements, implements and advantages of the proposed algorithm were also discussed. Finally, an experiment by Matlab6.5 was made. The results indicated that image compression with optimal wavelet using proposed algorithm had a better efficiency than D-8 and other familiar wavelets under the same compressed proportion.
