摘要
针对三环减速器机构中的虚约束,提出了以运动副接触变形为基础的变形协调方程;建立了含有虚约束的多相并列平行曲柄机构受力分析模型。在此基础上分析计算了三环减速器的轴承载荷和高速轴曲柄上的转矩;探讨了机构克服死点的机理;并对减速器的结构设计和参数选择提出了一些建议。
In this paper,A force analysis mode have been set up for the double cranks mechanism with virtual constraints by means of stractural deformation coordination equations of the kinematic pairs,The way by which a multiphase concatenation double cranks mechanism overcome its fixed point in the three ring reductor are discussed.The load of planetary bearings and the moment in the high speed shafts are analyzed and some suggestions about the structure type and design parameters of the three ring reductor were also presented
