摘要
本文以石油焦为原料,采用氢氧化钾化学活化法系统考察了氢氧化钾/焦炭的质量配比(碱/炭,Wb/Wc)对活性炭吸附性能和孔隙性能的影响。结果表明,随着碱/炭比的增加,吸附性能显著提高;比表面积,总孔容积,微孔容积和非微孔容积都增加;孔径分布变窄,平均孔径减少。碱/炭比大于等于3∶1时,所得活性炭试样的比表面积大于3000m2/g。
The effects of the weight ratio between potassium hydroxide and petroleum coke (Wb/Wc) on the adsorption properties and pore properties of activated carbon were studied by a direct chemical activation routein which petroleum coke was reacted with excess potassium hydroxide.Results show that with the increase of Wb/Wc,adsorption properties rise remarkably;specific surface areas,volumes of total pore,micropores and non micropores increase;pore size distribution becomes narrow and average pore diameter decreases.When Wb/Wc is greater than or equal to 3 to 1,specific surface areas of activated carbor are greadter than 3000m 2/g.
