心脏再同步起搏治疗术后的超声心动图参数优化

Optimization the biventricular resynchronization therapy for patients post operation through echocardiography

摘要 慢性心力衰竭是心血管疾病死亡的主要原因之一,药物治疗效果尚难以令人满意。心脏再同步治疗(cardiac resynchronization therapy,CRT)作为心力衰竭的一种治疗方法,疗效已经被肯定。CARE-HF研究提示了该方法可以降低患者全因病死率36%,但是仍然有30%的患者对该治疗无反应。目前认为术后起搏优化是提高CRT疗效的一个重要步骤。本组对11例接受CRT的慢性心力衰竭患者应用超声心动图进行了起搏治疗的优化。
