摘要
本文研究了火焰原子吸收法测定食盐中钙镁含量的方法。结果表明:在一定条件下,钙含量在0.0~20.0μg/ml,镁含量在0.0~2.4μg/ml范围内遵守朗伯比耳定律,方法的精密度(RSD)为2.0%~2.2%。与容量法做对比,方法的相对误差2.3%~4.4%。
In this paper the Ca and Mg in salt were detected by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). The results showed that Beer's law is kept in the range of 0.0~20.0μg/ml of Ca(Ⅱ) and 0.0~2.4μg/ml of Mg(Ⅱ ).The relative standard deviation (RSD) is 2.0%~2.2%. The relative error is 2.3%~4.4%.
