摘要
提出一种针对运动的机械、液压装置的数字式动态测量方法。以通用的可编程中规模集成电路8253制成电路板,并采用PC总线,能与IBM系列80X86计算机方便地接口。测试精度可达10-4以上,响应很快,并能根据运动方向进行加、减计数;可用于机械、液压装置或机器人手臂的运动控制。
A digital dynamic method for measuring and testing mechanical and hydraulic devices in motion is proposed.With PC-BUS,the apparatus consists of a circuit board of middle-scale integrated circuit 8253.which can be interfaced with 80X86 IBM computers conveniently. Themeasuring accuracy of this method can reach 10-and higher,with fast response.This method can be operated with addition and subtraction countings according to the motion directions,and can be used to control the motion of mechanical and hydraulic devices or robot arms.
