渗碳滴剂的热解特性及碳黑的形成过程 被引量:1

摘要 采用正交试验法,对滴注式气体渗碳(尤其是深层渗碳)过程中的6种常用滴剂进行了观察研究。结果表明,不同滴剂的热分解特性不同,碳黑的形成机制亦不同;正确地选择滴剂、滴量和工艺参数,能够有效地调节碳黑析出和控制渗碳质量。 In this paper the decomposition courses of six kinds of drop-agent and the carbonblack formation in carburization are continuously observed and analyzed in orthogonalexperiments.It is observed that different drop-agents have their own thermal decompositionproperties,and the carburizing atmosphere carbon potential and the carbon black formation areinfluenced in different degrees by the drop-agent type,drop-feed amount,carburizing temperatureand time. In these different enviromnents the formation of carbon black is also different.
