38例糖尿病足临床特点分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病足发生的危险因素及防治措施。方法对2003年7月—2005年10月在本院住院的38例糖尿病足患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果糖尿病足的发生及严重程度与患者年龄、病程长短、血糖水平、有无周围神经血管病变及感染等因素有关,截肢率高达21%。结论糖尿病足重在预防,早期治疗,加强糖尿病教育,以降低截肢率,减少相关的医疗费用,提高糖尿病患者的生活质量。
