摘要
分析了干式切削加工对刀具的要求,讨论了刀具材料的选择,并结合实例分析了干式切削技术在铣削中的应用。应用实例可以表明,在现有技术条件下,干式切削加工在我国是可以实现的,并随着在车削和铣削中的广泛应用,必将推动在其他加工方法中的应用。
The demand on cutting tool for dry machining was analyzed and the select of tool material is discused. We present the dry machining application in milling with example. The above examples of the successful application indicate that, under the existing technology, dry machining can be applied to production in our country, and along with in the turning and the milling widespread application, its application to other machining methods will be greatly promoted.
