摘要
根据期货理论及我国煤炭业实际,对我国煤炭期货合约的各条款进行了设计,并对交易所选择和交割方式选择等市场运作问题提出了具体的解决方案。
Based on the theory of future goods and the practice of coal industry in China,the paper designs the various articles in the future contract of coal,in addition,it puts forward the specific scheme on the market operation such as selection of trading post and pattern of delivery.
