CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞在哮喘发生发展中的作用研究进展

摘要 支气管哮喘被普遍认为是因Th1/Th2失衡,由过度激活的Th2细胞介导的气道炎症性疾病。然而,Th1/Th2理论并不能充分阐明哮喘的发病机制。近几年来,越来越多的证据显示调节性T细胞在哮喘的发生发展中起到很重要的作用,CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞作为调节性T细胞的一种亚型成为目前研究的热点。本文就近来对CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞研究的进展及其与哮喘的关系作一综述。 It is generally considered that asthma is a disorder of airway inflammation which is mediated by Th2 excessively activated because of the imbalance of Th1/Th2 paradigm. However, the pathogenesis of asthma couldn't be interpreted with Th1/Th2 paradigm sufficiently. Recently, more and more evidence highlight the substantial role of regulatory T cell in the nosogenesis of asthma. As a subtype of regulatory T cell, CD4^+ CD25^+ regulatory T cell is focused on and widely researched. This review will explore the relation between CD4^+ CD25^+ regulatory T cell and asthma, and the progress of study of CD4^+ CD25^+ regulatory T cell.
