摘要
简述了层状双氢氧化物纳米复合载药体系近年来的研究进展,着重介绍了层状双氢氧化物的制备方法、降解性能、释药机制及在医药领域的应用。
The recent development of layered double hydroxide nanohybrides as the carrier of drug delivery system is briefly reviewed. The preparation methods, degradation and controlled-release mechanisms and applications in pharmaceutical field are discussed.
