摘要 介绍脂质体作为肺部给药载体的优点及其在抗感染药物、抗哮喘药物、抗肿瘤药物、多肽蛋白类药物、基因药物及抗氧剂的应用。 The advantages of liposome for pulmonary delivery system are reviewed, with the emphasis on anti-infective, anti-asthma, anti-tumor, proteins and antioxidant drugs.
