摘要
制备并鉴定了黄芪甲苷与羟丙基-β-环糊精的包合物。试验表明,包合物中黄芪甲苷的平均含量为20.4%,25℃时溶解度由22.2μg/ml提高到286.8μg/ml。25、37和50℃时包合反应均能自发进行,温度较低有利于包合物的形成。
The HP-β-CD inclusion compound with astragaloside IV was prepared and identified. The results showed that mean content of astragaloside IV was 20.4% in the compound and solubility at 25℃ was increased from 22.2μg/ml to 286.8μg/ml. The inclusion reaction was spontaneous at 25, 37 and 50℃. The lower temperature was preferable to the inclusion compound formation.
