摘要
五氯苄腈与活化的氟化钾在环丁砜中进行氟交换制得五氟苄腈,再经50%硫酸水解得到司帕沙星等氟喹诺酮类抗菌药原料五氟苯甲酸,总收率约45%。
2,3,4,5,6-Pentafluorobenzoic acid was synthesized from 2,3,4,5,6-pentachlorobenzonitrile by fluorine exchange in sulfolane to give 2,3,4,5,6-pentafluorobenzonitrile, which was subjected to hydrolysis by 50% sulfuric acid with an overall yield of about 45 %.
