摘要
以鸡羽毛为原料,正交试验法探讨了微波法制备复合氨基酸与铜螯合的最佳条件。结果表明,复合氨基酸微波水解优化条件为:固液比1∶5、水解时间3 h、硫酸浓度3 mol/L、微波功率500W,在该优化条件下,复合氨基酸转化率为63.6%;复合氨基酸铜微波合成优化条件为:复合氨基酸与铜的配位比3∶1、反应时间30min、微波功率400W,在该优化条件下,复合氨基酸铜螯合率为93.8%。
The synthesis of copper- compound amino acids from featherwas optimized under microwave irradiation by an orthogonal experiment. The experiment indicated that the optimized hydrolysis conditions of compound amino acids was determined under microwave irradiation as follow: solid to liquid ratio 1:5, time 3h, concentration of H2SO4 3 mol/Land microwave power 500W, Under the optimized condition, the extraction yield of compound amino acids was 63.6 %, the optimized synthetic conditions of copper - compound amino acids was determined under microwave irradiation as follow: the molar ration of ligand of compound amino acid to copper 3 : 1, time 30 min , microwave power 400W, Under the optimized condition, the yield of ferro- compound amino acids was 93.8%.
