摘要
[目的]了解齐河城区居民对食品安全的认识水平。[方法]对齐河市区的100名居民进行问卷调查。[结果]安全放心是被调查者选择购买食品场所时首先考虑的因素;仅有20·0%的人在发生质量问题时会主动索赔,近半数的人在购买食品或就餐后没有索要发票的习惯;对小型餐饮店和临时摊点食品卫生状况的评价较低;对食品安全相关法律法规的知晓率为63·0%,对绿色食品、无公害食品和有机食品的知晓率依次降低(分别为83·0%、62·0%、31·0%);电视和报纸是获得食品安全信息的主要渠道。[结论]齐河市民的总体安全意识较高,但在具体的消费过程中,自我保护的意识还比较薄弱;对有机食品和转基因食品等知之甚少,有必要通过电视、报纸等媒体加强相关知识的普及。
[Objective]To investigate the residents'knowledge level of food safety in Qihe county. [Methods]Questionnaire was carried out for 100 residents in Qihe county. [Results]Food safety is the first factor for the residents to choose the food;only 20. 0% of them may ask for a loss when quality problem has happened, and about half of them had no good habit to take a bill after buying food or eating in a restaurant. They are not satisfied with the state of food hygiene in small restaurants and street stalls. The knowledge understanding rate on relative laws and regulations of food safety was 630% . The understanding rate to green foods, non polluted foods and organic foods was lower (83.0 %, 62.00% and 31.0%% )TV and newspapers are the main channel to know the information of food safety. [Conclusion]The residents'consciousness of food safety in Qihe is much higher, but self protection practice is lower and know little about organic foods and trans-genetic foods. It's necessary to popularize the knowledge of food safety through TV and newspapers.
