摘要
我国正处于落实科学发展观、转变经济增长方式的新时期,本文从科学发展观和转变经济增长方式的要求出发,分析了现行的企业业绩评价指标体系的不足,从资源消耗、环境影响、科技水平、社会责任等方面,对企业业绩评价指标体系提出了改进的建议。
Our country has been in the new era of transformation of economy growth pattern with the science development view. Based on the science development view and by the request for transforming the way the economy growth takes up, this article analyzes the current insufficiencies in enterprise＇s achievement appraisal target system through the aspects from resources consumption, environmental effect, technical level to social responsibility, and puts forward the improvement proposal to achievement appraisal target system for enterprises.
