摘要
目的了解采用系统健康教育,提高医务人员职业感染防护的效果。方法对接受过常规职业感染防护健康教育的237名医务人员,根据不同岗位采取有针对性的防护知识培训,采用编发小册子、现场指导、随时提问、防护措施及流程图表化并上墙的全程健康教育方法,并于系统教育前后进行相关知识问卷调查,对问卷结果进行统计分析。结果237名医务人员在接受系统健康教育后,各项职业感染防护知识平均知晓率从常规教育后的48%上升到96%,有显著差异性(P<0.01)。结论对医务人员进行职业感染防护系统健康教育,弥补了常规教育缺乏全程性、灵活性、针对性及无效果评估的不足,能有效提高医务人员职业感染防护意识和行为。
Objective To improve the effect of health education of preventing from hospital infection among medical staff effects. Methods The systematic health education mode were applied to 237 medical staff, including protective knowledge training in different position, hand booklet, field guide, question, protection measure, flow charts on the wall and so forth. Before and after the health education, 237 medical staff received the same questionnaire survey. Results After receiving systematic health education, the knowledge recognition rate about professional infection was from 48 % up to 97 %, there was significant different between conventional education mode and systematic education mode (P 〈 0.001 ). Conclusion Systematic professional health education mode would improve medical staffs' professional infection protection consciousness and behavior.
