从馆长素质、图书馆管理机制、馆员队伍建设、馆藏资源及现代化技术手段等内在要素方面论述了在新时期办好高校图书馆的途径。
This paper expounds the paths of doing well the university library in the new era from the internal factors of the quality of curator, the library＇s management system, the librarian ranks construction, the collection resource and the modern technology.
