红外线输尿管系统在腹腔镜子宫切除术中的应用价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨红外线输尿管显示系统在腹腔镜下全子宫切除术中的应用价值。方法腹腔镜下全子宫切除术中应用红外线输尿管显示系统76例(观察组),与未用红外线输尿管显示系统组(对照组)69例,比较两组手术时间、出血量、输尿管损伤及术后恢复情况等。结果观察组76例,手术时间为(71.2±28.6)min,出血量为(102.1±57.2)ml,无一例输尿管损伤。对照组69例,手术时间为(91.6±21.5)min,出血量为(163±65.5)ml。对照组输尿管损伤3例。对照组的手术时间、出血量均高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<005)。结论腹腔镜子宫切除术中应用红外线输尿管显示系统,手术时间短、出血量少、术后恢复快,可避免输尿管损伤。 Objective To evaluate infravision imaging system in intra-operative laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods The mean operative time, blood loss, complication and postoperative recovery were compared between 76 patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy with infravision imaging system (Group A) and 69 patients without infravision imaging system (Group B). Results Shorter operative time, (71.2±28. 6) min vs. (102.1±57.2) mh and less blood loss, (91.6±21.5) ml vs. (163±65.5) ml, were achieved in group A than group 13. No complication of ureteral and bladder injury was found in group A, yet the complication rate in group B was 4. 1%. The difference between group A and B was significant. Conelusion The laparoscopic hysterectomy with intra -operative infravision imaging system is feasible, leading to short operating time, less blood loss, no ureteral injury and fast postoperative recovery.
