摘要
目的:研究高血压患者训练护理后进行心理指导与血压控制情况的关系。方法:本文用比较研究的方法观察50例高血压患者训练护理效果,用药治疗50例对照组、实验组患者用药治疗加训练护理和心理指导。结果:高血压患者在用药治疗加上训练护理和心理指导,血压下降优于单纯用药治疗(P<0.05)。结论:高血压患者在使用药物治疗和训练加之心理指导下对降低患者的血压有较好的效果,并能改善患者的情绪状态。
Objective：To study the relateion between the psychological instruction after the training care for hypertention patients and the condition of blood pressure controlling. Method： In this article to observe the effect of training care for 50 cases hypertention patients by comparative study,50 cases of compared group after the therapy with medicine. Result：The therapy of medicine care combined with training care and psychology instruction is superior to the pure medicine therapy for hypertention patients （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： There is a better effect if the hypertention patiens treated by medicine and training care plus psychology instruction, more over , this combination therapy may improve the patientg mood condition.
