摘要
研究了电容反馈互导放大器(CTIA)型红外读出电路的数字控制部分的工作原理,并针对CTIA这一特殊结构的读出电路,提出了一种基于计数器的数字控制电路结构。文中给出了电路图,并在Cadence平台上做了仿真,给出了相应的仿真结果。与一般的结构相比,新的结构更灵活,更易于控制,并且所用D触发器的数量更少。
This paper studies on the digital controlling principles of CTIA readout circuit, then puts forward a novel structure of the digital circuit of CTIA readout circuit based on counter. Compared to others, the new structure can be easier to control and fewer transistors are used in the new structure.
