摘要
火电厂中的空冷系统,是近年来火电系统中的新技术,但对该系统中钢平台在设备运转过程中的结构性态,目前研究的很少。文中对一风冷钢平台结构的动力特性进行了研究,以选择合理的结构体系使平台结构的自振周期与风机运转周期避开,为设计提供理论依据。并用有限元模型,对两种钢平台结构模型进行了分析对比。计算结果表明,采用合理的结构形式不但会使结构动力特性得到改善,避免共振问题,还能减轻结构重量。
The air-cooled system is a new technigue used in heat-engine plants recently. The dynamic behavior of the steel platform for supporting the air-cooled system is not understood thoroughly. The dynamic behavior of a practice platform is analyzed in this paper. Tow different FE models of the steel platform are computed for comparison. The sturctural system is optimized for preventing the sympathetic vibration between the platform and the equipment. The numerical results show that the reasonable structure system not only improves the sturcture dynamic behavior, preventing the resonance, but also reduces the steel consumption.
