摘要 软开关脉宽调制PWM整流器是一种性能优良的转换电路,它克服了一般变换电路中功率开关器件承受较大的电压应力和较高通态损耗的缺点。文中提出了一种使用绝缘栅双极晶体管IGBT的软开关功率变换电路,为主开关提供了零电流开关ZCS的条件,谐振电路开关也能通过零电压开关ZV S或者零电流开关ZCS实现转换;提出的电路具有损耗小,转换效率高(96%),死区时间(4μs)短的优点。因此可以采用频率更高的脉宽调制PWM脉冲,能基本上消除电网侧电流的低次谐波,减少电流波形的畸变率;阐明了电路的工作过程及分析总结了其特性,并使用PSCAD/EM TDC进行了仿真,仿真结论证明了其工作原理。 Soft-switch PWM rectifier overcomes the disadvantages of the greater voltage stress and conduction loss of the power switches in power converter. This paper presents a soft-switch power converter circuit with IGBT, which provides ZCS condition to the main switches. The auxiliary circuit switch can operate with ZCS or ZVS. As well the circuit presented in this paper has the advantages such as low wastage, high converter efficiency (96 % ) and short dead-zero time (4us). So PWM with higher frequence can be used to eliminate the low-frequence harmonics of bus current and reduce the distortion rate of current waveform. Operation and analysis of the proposed circuit are illustrated and the features are summarized. Simulations have been performed on PSCAD/EMTDC, and the results verify the principle of operation.
