摘要
本文通过回顾性总结，探讨原发性输卵管癌的治疗问题。本组２１例患者，五年生存率４０％（６／１５）。三年生存率５７．１％（１２／２１）。２１例中１９８６年前治疗５例，术后辅以放射治疗为主，生存时间８月－６４月，平均２８．５月。１９８６年以后治疗１６例，术后主要辅以顺铂等药物的联合化疗，生存时间１１月－８４月，平均４８月（Ｐ＜０．０５）。根据术后残存肿瘤直径＜１ｃｍ和＞１ｃｍ分成两组，两组平均生存时间分别为５２．５月和２７月（Ｐ＜０．０１）。我们认为：首次彻底手术，术后辅以顺铂为主的联合化疗，部分病例加放射治疗效果较好。
We collected 21 cases primary carcinoma of fallopian tube through retrospective study.The 5-year survival rate was 40%(6/15),the 3-year survival rate was 57.1%(12/21),5 cases were treated before 1986.the main post operative treament was radiotherapy,the mean survival period was 28.5 months (8-64 months).16 cases were treated after 1986,the main treatment post operatively was cisplatin based combined chemotherapy,the mean survival period was 48 months(11-84 months)(P<0.05).According to the size of post operative remaining tumors:<1cm and>1cm,the meansurvival periods were 52.5 months and 27 months respectively.(P<0.01).We support:the more effective treatment were:initial thorough operation and post operative cis Platin based combined chemotherap;some patients plus radiotherapy.
