介绍了循环经济理论的内涵和3R原则,分析了循环经济与人才培养开发的内在关联,指出了循环经济理论对人才培养开发的启示。
This paper introduces the connotation of the circular economy theory and the 3R principle, analyze on the internal relationship between the circular economy and the talent cultivation and development, and points out the enlightenment of the circular economy on talent cultivation and development.
