摘要
用新木桶理论的管理原理对图书馆的发展进行了探讨,指出图书馆的发展取决于3个方面的因素,并对不同方面存在的问题提出了解决的办法。
By using the management principle of new barrel theory, this paper probes into library＇ s development, and points out that library＇s development depends on three aspects of factors, and advances some methods for solving the problems existing in different aspects.
