涂料防印活性染料工艺中,为保证防印效果需对半制品的缩水率、pH值、毛效进行控制;需对染料、助剂(粘合剂、增稠剂、防染剂)进行选择;防染剂与碱剂的用量应根据不同工艺进行控制;还需对描样制网和各印花设备的加工条件加以适当控制。并介绍了特殊工艺的控制要点。
