摘要
目的：通过观察心得安对枳实作用的影响，探讨枳实增强狗小肠电活动的功能是否和β受体有关。方法：用电生理学和微机记录方法，记录狗小肠电活动水平。首先记录一个周期的消化间期综合肌电（ＩＭＣ），然后在第２个ＩＭＣ周期的Ⅰ相５ｍｉｎ时将１００％枳实浓缩液（１ｍｌ／ｋｇ）灌入狗胃，在诱发出动作电位后旋即灌注心得安（５ｍｇ／１０ｍｌ），再记录１～２个ＩＭＣ周期。结果：枳实引起ＩＭＣⅠ相缩短，Ⅱ相延长的效应，未能被心得安所抑制，也未改变动作电位的发放水平。
Objective :This paper discusses whether the exciting function of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus(FAI) to small intestine of the dog has the relationship with βreceptor by observing the influence of propranolo on FAI.Method :Recorded with electrophysiological technique and processed by microcomputer are the parameters from small intestinal electric activities of the fasted for 18h,healthy and conscious dogs.At first,one cycle duration of interdigestive myoelectric complex (IMC) is recorded :On the fifth minute of phase Ⅰ of IMC,the concentrated solution (100%) of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus is perfused (1ml/kg) into stomach,and propranolol(5mg/10ml) is to be perfused as soon as the action patential is induced.The other one or two cycle durations of IMC should be recorded,too.Results :The fact caused by Fructus Aurantii Immaturus,that the cycle duration of IMC in phase Ⅰ is shortened and in phase Ⅱ,prolonged,has not yet been blocked by propranolol,and also not changed the action potential frequency.Conclusion :The fact that FAI increases the myoelectric activities of small intestine is not related to βreceptor.
