摘要
目的评价流感病毒快速检测法与细胞培养法诊断流感样患者的临床价值。方法对48例符合流感样病例条件的患者分别进行甲型流感病毒快速检测及细胞培养法病原学检测。治疗后3～4d,对患者进行随访。结果甲型流感快速病毒检测阳性率为16%,细胞培养流感病毒检出率为22%。甲型流感病毒快速检测法的阳性预测值、阴性预测值和诊断效率分别为0、72.5%和60.4%。结论快速免疫病毒检测法和细胞培养法目前还不能满足临床需要。
Objective To evaluate the clinical diagnostic value of an influenza type A antigen rapid test and viral culture in influenza diseases. Methods Forty-eight cases were detected by both immunochromatographic rapid test （EasyWell Laboratories Lid ,Australia） from nasal samples and viral culture from pharyngeal samples for inflenza A ingection. All cases were randomly selected from patients with influenza-like diseases during November 2005 to March 2006. Forty-six cases were followed up by telephone after 3 to 4 days treatment. Results The overall positive rate of rapid test and viral culture was 16% and 22%, respectively. When viral culture of influenza virus type A was used as the reference standard, total positive predictive value, negative predictive value and diagnosis efficiency of rapid test was O, 72.5% and 60.4%, respectively. Conclusions Both immunochromatographic rapid test and viral culture of influenza A can not satisfy clinical application so for.
