摘要
１９９２年１月～１９９５年１２月共收治重症急性胰腺炎２４例，术后进行营养支持，除３例病人于治疗过程中死亡外，其余病人的营养状况和水电解质紊乱都得到了改善，我们认为ＴＰＮ和ＥＮ分阶段实施是安全、可靠的。
Astogether 24 cases of severe acute pancreatitis in-patients were given nutritionalsupport poar operatively from January, 1992 to December,1995.Except 3 cases died during thetreatment, the rest patient's electrolyte and acid-base imbalances were corrected and nutritionalconditions were improved. Clinical experience shows that gradually administrated TPN and ENare both safe and effective
