摘要
本文选择了α重复序列、染色体特异性DNA及Cosmid为探针,分别与绒毛间质细胞间期核杂交,结果表明:绝大多数间期核中均见杂交信号,21/13α重复序列探针用于未培养的绒毛间质细胞杂交信号最为特异,能有效的检出染色体非整倍体,从而建立了一种快速而准确的产前筛选胎儿非整倍体的方法,成为细胞学一项极佳的辅助手段。
We have selected alpha satellite repetitive probe specific for chromo.some 21 and13, chromosome-specific painting probe and cosmid probe, hybridizing with the uncultured in-terphase cells from mesenchymal chorionic villus, in order to assay the feasibility of the materialfor inter - FISH. The results indicate that this cells can be used for inter-FISH and produce hy-bridization signals. However, 21/13 alpha-satellite repetitive probe gave the most specific signals for mesenchymal chorionic villus. It can detect chromosome aneuploidy effectively and can beapplied to prenatal diagnosis.
