跟骨骨折整复后影像学表现与预后评价

摘要 ①目的探讨跟骨结节角与跟骨骨折术后功能恢复的关系。②方法对66例患者的71个跟骨骨折病例进行统计分析,71个均摄X线侧、轴位片,并进行CT平扫、重建,而后测量其整复后的跟结节角改变,随访术后功能恢复情况及患者对手术治疗效果的满意程度,最后做出评价。③结果整复治疗后跟结节角小于20°的患者远期疗效多数较差。④结论跟结节角的大小对跟骨骨折的愈后和功能是一个重要的评价指标。
