摘要
大体积混凝土温度控制是大体积混凝土裂缝控制的关键。通过优化混凝土配合比,降低混凝土水化热,控制混凝土入模温度、监测温度,限制混凝土的拌制、运输、振捣时间及合理的养护,提出了控制大体积混凝土温度裂缝的方法及措施,这些措施应用于河南油田的一大型压缩机基础的施工中,保证了施工质量。
Mass concrete temperature control is the key point of controlling mass concrete fracture. According to optimization of concrete mix proportion, decreasing heat of concrete hydration, controlling molding temperature, monitoring temperature, limiting concrete mixing, transportation, vibrating time and reasonable maintenance, this paper provided methods and measures of controlling mass concrete temperature fracture, which can be applied to large compressor construction in Henan oilfield to ensure the construction quality.
