摘要
目的为深入研究前庭错觉的发生机制,探讨椭圆囊和球囊在线加速度前庭知觉中的相互作用。方法8名健康青年参加试验。用GL-2000型空间定向障碍模拟器产生的向心加速度模拟线性加速度。用自制的仪器检测前庭知觉。通过调整旋转速度和座舱倾斜角度在冠状平面使椭圆囊和球囊受不同的切线力作用,并测定前庭知觉量(VPV)。分析前庭知觉量与椭圆囊、球囊之间的关系。结果①当球囊切线力(Ss)固定为1G时,前庭知觉量随椭圆囊切线力(Su)的增大而增大(r=0.99,P<0.01)。②当椭圆囊切线力固定为1G时,前庭知觉量随球囊切线力的增大而减小(r=-0.96,P<0.01)。③前庭知觉量、椭圆囊和球囊切线力三者之间的关系是:VPV=37.48Su-9.24Ss+17.37。结论椭圆囊和球囊在线加速度前庭知觉中都有一定作用,二者作用相反。
